• Keeping your API keys secure
• All costs associated with API usage
• Compliance with the terms of service of your API provider

• Violating any laws or regulations
• Infringing upon the rights of others
• Attempting to breach security or test vulnerabilities

4. No Warranty

Privacy LLama is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be:

• Uninterrupted or error-free
• Compatible with all browsers or devices
• Free from bugs or technical issues

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:

• API costs or charges incurred
• Loss of data (use export/backup features)
• Errors or issues with AI responses
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

6. Third-Party Services

Privacy LLama integrates with third-party API providers (OpenAI, OpenRouter, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or content of third-party services.

7. Data and Privacy

As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not collect, store, or process any of your data. All data remains on your device. You are responsible for backing up your conversations using the export feature if desired.

8. Intellectual Property

The Privacy LLama interface and code are provided as-is for your use. You may not:

• Claim ownership of the Privacy LLama codebase
• Remove copyright or attribution notices
• Use our branding without permission

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Privacy LLama at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modifications or discontinuation of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Privacy LLama after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
